Where We Ship

CoralPaw currently ships to Australia only.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Method & Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier delays, or circumstances outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order through the carrier's website.

Please allow up to 5 business days for tracking information to be updated after dispatch.

Customs & Import Duties

CoralPaw ships from overseas. Your order may be subject to customs inspection upon arrival in Australia. In most cases, personal imports below AU$1,000 are not subject to import duties under Australian law. CoralPaw is not responsible for any customs delays.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within 25 business days of dispatch, please contact us at support@coralpaw.com and we will investigate immediately.
